VINYL APPLICATION

This process is used for small orders when applicable.

 

Vinyl cut into a pattern or design that is applied to a garment using pressurized heat. 

​

Benefits:

  • Exceptionally durable

  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors

  • Provides excellent color saturation

  • Can be used on cotton, cotton blends, and synthetic materials

ULTRA PRINTS

This process can be used for small to large orders.

 

Identical to screen printing with inks applied onto specialty paper. The inks are transferred from the paper to the garment using pressurized heat.

Benefits:

  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors

  • Provides excellent color saturation

  • Specialty paper can be used for another printing order of the same design at a later time

SUBLIMATION

This process can be used for small to large orders.

 

Sublimation shirt printing is a specific process of printing that first involves printing onto a special sheet of paper, then transferring that image onto another material (usually polyester or a polyester mix). The ink is then heated until it disintegrates into the fabric.

Benefits:

  • Exceptionally durable

  • Works with light garment colors only

  • Provides excellent color saturation on light colors.

  • Can be used on 100% Polyester and 65% Poly - 35% Cotton Blend

SCREEN PRINTING

This process can be used on orders with 1-2 colors and minium of 10 shirts/apparel of the same design.

 

Uses a series of screens to force ink through fibers in order to create a design. Multiple layers of screen printing are used to achieve designs with numerous colors.

Benefits:

  • Works with most garment colors, including dark colors like black and navy blue

  • Provides excellent color saturation

  • Has a great artsy, vintage look

Welcome to our family-owned custom t-shirt business in Elk River, Minnesota. My family (husband and 11-year-old son) have lived in Elk River for about 7 years. Since moving to Elk River we have fallen in love with the community and everything it has to offer.
